The Ruzzen Score is a number from 0 to 100 that represents a candidate's overall political strength and likelihood of winning their race. It is the single number that tells you where a candidate stands.
How It Works: The Ruzzen Score is calculated using our special intelligence methodology that analyzes:
1. Party Strength — How strong is the candidate's party in their constituency? Does the party control the state? The LGA?
2. Incumbency Factor — Is the candidate an incumbent? Incumbents historically win 60-70% of Nigerian elections.
3. Historical Patterns — How has the constituency voted in previous elections? Is it a swing area or a stronghold?
4. Citizen Polls — What are real Nigerians saying? Our platform collects predictions from citizens across all 36 states.
5. Endorsement Network — Who is backing the candidate? Political godfathers, traditional rulers, business leaders.
6. Campaign Visibility — Is the candidate visible? Active? Engaged with voters?
Score Labels:
- •80-100: Dominant — Near-certain to win
- •60-79: Strong — Clear frontrunner
- •45-59: Rising — Competitive, gaining momentum
- •35-44: Toss-up — Could go either way
- •20-34: Fading — Significant headwinds
- •0-19: Underdog — Long shot
Important: The Ruzzen Score is a prediction tool, not a guarantee. Nigerian elections are dynamic. Scores are updated daily as new intelligence becomes available. Democracy is not a spectator sport — your prediction matters too.
